Like a tree I have a trunk & leaves

Like a tree I have a trunk & leaves. A structured home with a beautiful little family with roots firmly in the ground. Up higher I have a head space that like leaves change with the seasons, thoughts continually blowing & floating in the wind. As each day passes I am still here in this house that I love so dear, yet my mind travels away sometimes only to come back again to be nourished by the the beauty that surrounds me in my partner and child.

I created this blog to occasionally write about the things in my life, to see where my head is at. Mainly have a place to put random thoughts so I can look back on the past as I find it so very hard to live in the moment, opting for the future and what has been and gone. I am studying this year, studying something I love, Visual Arts. I want to keep track of this next few years of my life see how things may change (or remain the same).

So today: I enrolled, I haven't paid yet and I do have to ring to state I am paying fees by installment. I had a lovely lunch with a couple of my art friends... I can't wait to start this exciting part of my life.
Today and tonight was lovely weather for a bike ride.
